INJURY ASSESSMENT

During an injury assessment:

  1. You will learn about the injury

  2. You will get an idea of how long it will take you to recover

  3. Together we will set a goal for your treatment, getting you back to the level you want to be at

  4. You will receive corrective exercises and we will make sure you can do them properly before you leave. Along with pictures so if you do forget you will have a reference for them

  5. You will see an instant reduction of pain and improvement of movement

Problems such as low back pain, knee pain or shoulder/neck pain are common. But with manual therapy treatment and corrective home exercises most of these problems can be eradicated.

We believe that surgery and drugs should be a last resort where non-invasive methods fail to fix the problem.
